Pilot workshop — registration
Please fill in the form below. It takes a few minutes, and one question asks you to think.
€45 per person — a pilot rate. The five questions are fixed; what is still being calibrated is their depth and emphasis, and that is being done with the first groups of practising dietitians and nutrition professionals. The rate reflects that contribution. Your place is confirmed once payment is received — I’ll send the details within three working days of your registration.
Registration and cancellation close one week before 25th August, 23:59. Cancellations up to that point are refunded in full; after it, no refund.
The workshop is in Maastricht city center . The exact venue is confirmed by email at least two weeks before.
